CONVENTION REMINDERS Dear Friends, — Convention is around the corner and I would like to remind Union Presidents and Secretaries of a few things which need to he done to ensure a smooth running and profitable time. Will you please—1. —Advise me of the name of your delegate. 2. —Send name and address of delegate to Miss Stevenson, 6 Sedcion Street, Timaru, if hospitality is required. 3. —Supply your delegate with a Credential which should be handed to me on arrival.

4. —Remind delegate to take: Notebook. pencil, hymn-book, butter ration card. Note.—-Should circumstances arise to prevent a delegate attending Convention, please advise Miss Stevenson, or your hostess. 5. —lf your Union is in possession of a Competition Banner, see that it is taken or posted to me at Convention. 6. —Service of Remembrance: J should like the names ol your members who have passed on since last Convention, bv the 10th February.
