DOMINION CONVENTION Dates: February 16-22, 1949. Place: Timaru. NOMINATIONS For Dominion Officers must be in the hands of Mrs. Underhill, Lakings Road. Yelverton, Blenheim, by November 12th. HOSPITALITY Will Unions please forward names »»i delegates requiring hospitality a> soon as possible (preferably before Christmas) in order that this may be arranged, to Miss Stevenson, 6 Seddou Street, Timaru. Closing Date for Hospitality. January 15th. LICENSING BILL Unions are urged to watch the papers for news of the Licensing Bill which i> expected to be introduced shortly. Protests and Resolutions should be sent to local M.P.s on the lines indicated in our September issue, Page Three. UNION REPORTERS Please, will Union Reporters make a regular point of putting at the head of their reports of Union meeting*— 1, Name of Union; and 2. Date of Meeting. HEADQUARTERS FUND Contributions for Headquarters Fund hould be described as for ordinary income or mortgage reduction.
