AFTER the American Presidential elections this year, the parties will have to fork out for their broadcasis over the Columbia 100-station chain at the rdte of £3600 an hour, over the National Broadcasting Company's 65-sta tion chain at the rate of £3200 an hour. and over the same company’s 63-sta-tion chain at the rate of £3000 an hour.
