Figures for October -31 Below Those for September. } Due, no doubt, to the fact that the half-yearly licenses expired on } — September 30, the license figures for October 31, printed below, are not as large as those for September, though they show a considerable increase . on the number in force on October 31, 1933, when the grand total was 107,051 licenses.
