HH ban on political broadcasts in Switzerland has been modified and in future any measure to be submitted to referendum may have two speakers of different opinions. Bach spezeker is to be allowed half an hour and each is to have the other’s manuscript for perusal, but’ the speaker in favour of the proposed law is always to have the last word, ;
