Billington will give a talk on "Argentina." From Wellington "THE evening programme includes a half-hour one-act. play, "In Honour Bound," presented by Clement May and his Company. Later, an interesting tall concerning the new carillon, which is to be officially open on Anzac Day, will be given by Gladys E. Watkins, the carilloneuse. She has entitled her talk, "How to listen to the Carillon." Dunedin Features PJUNEDIN West Harbour Band, under C. Davey, and assisting artists, will provide a varied programme.
