B.B.C. Governors Appointed
THE King has approved of the reappointment ‘of Lord Gainsford as vice-chairman of the B.B.C.. and of Viscountess Snowden and Dr. Montague Rendall as governors for a period of one year. The King also has approved of the appointment of Mr. Harold Brown to be governor for a period of five years. Mr. Brown, who takes the place vacaied by Sir Gordon Nairne, who has retired, has had wide commercial and financial experience,
