From Wellington THE subject of 2YA’s "Musical Portrait," to be undertaken by Gor‘don Short (pianist) and Arthur Clark ‘(tenor), is "Modern British Composers." Mr. Clark will include "Crea‘tion Song’ from "The Immortal Hour," by Rutland Boughton, with whom he was associated in London, and a song of his own composition, "The Water

Lily.’ Amy Woodward (soprano) will sing "The Waltz Song" from "Romeo and Juliet," and two songs by Pearl Curran, "Dawn" and "Rain." Mrs. Wilfred Andrews (contralto) will be heard in a group of songs by Chopin, and the famous "Fierce Now the Flames Glow" from "Il Trovatore." The Orchestrina, under Signor A. P. Truda, will play "Schubert’s Sketch Book" ‘and other tuneful numbers.
