Auckland Notes pus is the final night ,of the AuckJand Radio Exhibition, and a particularly fine pr ogramme has been arranged. The main portion of the instrumental programme will be given by Gordon Cole and his ‘Civic Winter Garden Orchestra. The Savoy Male Quartet. (consisting of Messrs. Frank Campbell, Bert Skeels, Arthur Gally. and Sid Hislop) will provide. vocal solos, duets and quartets. Soprano solos will be given by ‘Miss Adele Taylor, contralto solos by Miss Kay Christie, and a "Drawing Room. 5 ntertainment" by the Asquiths. Mr. C. C. Purdy will be heard in whistling solos. ‘Wellington Features T 7.40 pm. Mr. W. M. Jackson will give a talk on "Gladioli and Gardening Hints." Another of the series of "Grownup Children’s Hours," entitled "The Fight | O’clock Revue," specially written and arranged by Mr.: Will Bishop, will be featured on_ this evening’s programme. The performers will be the HEtude Quartet (Miss Gretta Stark, Ray and Rita Kemp, and Mr. Will Hancock). Miss Wlsie Croft, and Mr. Will Bishop. The Salon Orchestra, under Mr. M. T. Dixon, will take up the second half of the programme, Their items include "Ballad Memories," a selection, "The Student Prince," "Violin Song" (by Rubens), a saxophone solo with orchestral accompaniment, "Danny Boy," a selection, "Tina," and the latest dance novelties. Christchurch Notes HIS evening’s vaudeville programme will include Me€ZZO-SO-pravo, tenor and bass solos, sketches, flute solos and banjolin solos.
