Auckland Notes At 7,40 there will be a talk, under the auspices of the New Zealand Manufacturers’. Association, on "Production of Clothing from Mill to Wearer." The programme to be broadcast from the model studio at the "Auckland Radio Exhibition, will be given by the Orchestral Octet: (under the direction of Mr. Harold Baxter), and assisting artists. During the evening: ‘there will be a relay of items from the Lewis Hady Hall of the Aeolian Orchestra’s concert, . From ‘Wellington HE speaker for the home science lecturette will be Miss I. FB. Meadows. Mr. W. BE. Priestley will give another of his interesting talks on "Modern Ballroom Dancing" at 7.40. Listeners will welcome the return this evening of a number of popular artists, ineluding Mr. and Mrs. Albert Russell, who will contribute a. potpourri of humorous items, including new songs and dialogue. Also on this programme will be Miss Mabel Dyer (contralto) and Mr, ° gar Swain (tenor), in solos and duets. ‘The Salon Orchestra, under Mr. M. T. Dixon, will play the selection, ‘Squire’s Popular Songs," a suite for piano and Strings, "Four Characteristic Waltzes," a Glarinet' solo with orchestral accompaniment, "Concertino," a seleétion
