From Wellington OYA will be on the air at noon to broadcast results of the Wellington Racing Olub’s meeting (second day). At 7.40-pm,-the usual weekly talk "For the Man on the Land" will be given by a representative of the Agricultural. Department, Vo , At 8 o’clock an Irish concert to be siven in the Town Hall will be broadcast. The programme has been well arranged, and the performers include some of Wellington’s best instru mental and voca] talent, The Orchestrina, under Signor A. Psy Truda, will be heard in a number ‘¢ Irish selections, including "The Sham"rock," "Killarney," and a "Medley of Irish Songs.". Items will be given by the choir of Marist Brothers’ School, St. Mary’s Convent Philomel Choir, Guilford Terrace Convent School Choir, and by numerous soloists. There will be recitations by Mr. 8. W.
