From 1YA (COMMUNITY singing by the 1YA ’ Broadcasting Choir, under the ~. conductorship of Mr. Len. Barnes, will be broadcast this evening. Community singing has always proved*very popular, and on this occasion the choir will contribute approximately two hours of happy song. There will be two solo-ists-Misses Gwenda Weir (soprano} and Gladys Brooke (contralto). The choir will be assisted by Mr. Reg . Morgan and his orchestra, and many of the old songs and some of the latest hits will be included in the programme. OYA Notes.
