Transmitter for Rarotonga

PURSUING the policy of modernising its wireless stations in the Pacific, the New Zealand Government recently opened the new and up-to-date transmitting station at Rarotonga. The installation, which replaces older equipment, was designed and manufactured in Australia, and is now operating successfully.
