Miss Freda Elmes will sing "Go Down to Kew" ahd Mr. J. Montague "Macushli." The Studio Trio, collectively and individually, Will contribute items, find Miss Julie Jacobs will recite three Shakespearcan pieces. . ON Nuesday evening the concert by the St. Kilda Band will be interapersed With iteiis relayed from the Bristol Piano Cotipany’s recital. The band items will be! Matches, "Machine Gun Gtidirds" and "Royal Rover" ; waltz, "‘I'esoto Mio’: trombone fantasia, "The Joker"; intermeazo, "Ohant sans Parole’; "Gems of Irish Melody," find & humoresqué "Costers’ Cotirtship." "The items to be relayed frori the Biisiol Piano Gemprny’s recital will -consist of pianoforte solos and duets by Messts, R. fi. Wiedler and J. Aldridge, as well as some excéptionally fine vocal humbers. Miss Gwenda Burt will sing "A Summer Night" and "Danny Boy." "Lolita" and "Angels Guard Thee" will be sung by Mr. LL. B, Dalley, while "Arise, O Suh" will be a dtet. WO one-act plays fentnre on Wed- "" nesday evening's — progriitrime. They will be acted by the "WinkelLampen Radio Players, The first play is eatléd "'’Op-o-me-Thumb." The
scene is located in Soho, London, wheré Madame Jeanne Miirié Napoleon de Gallifet Didier hay a laundry. There is a distinct Mrench flavour about the story, which will be very ainusing. The other playlet is entitled, "Calais to Dover," being supposed to have taken place on a cross-Channel — trip. It is of a very breezy nature. The two plays will occupy about threequarters of an hour, The supporting vocalists on thé prograinne will be" Miss Thelma Blackman, ‘singing the latest popular songs, Mir. W. Tuffell (baritone), and Mr, Buster Brown, Seottish comedian, singliug Luudér songs. Mr. Ruffell has selected three fine songs, "Nightfall at Sea," "Sere--nata," and Nelson’s fine descriptive number, "The ‘Windmill.’ , OX Thursday ‘evening the radio pa« geant of the Maori race will be broadcast. HE contributing artists for Friday evening’y programme vill be Miss Olga Wynne (soprano), Mr. Geo. Crawford (tenor), and Mr. red Kershaw (bass), Miss Tui Northey, elocutionists, will recite "I Don’t Uare," "Miss ‘Busy,’ and "Plerrot." The instru mental portion of the evening’s proZramine Will be- provided by the Studio Trio and by a relay from the -Rit Broadcasting Orchestra. GATURDAY evéening’s prograiime Will be 4 relay of SYA’s entertainment.
