(From our own correspondent.) March 30. This morning, after the 10 o'clock Mass, a mission was opened in St. Francis' Church by the Redemptorist Fathers. The mission will continue for a fortnight, and will be conducted by Very Rev. Father Roche, C.SS.R., and Rev. Father Creagh, C.SS.R. Very Rev. Father Roche impressed on the congregation the necessity of attending the exercises of the mission. The church was crowded in every part in the evening, and the splendid attendance augurs well for a very successful mission, in the course of which a branch of the Catholic Federation will be formed here.
