WEDDING BELLS
4 COMER— BRYANT. A pretty wedding took place at St. Joseph's Cathpdral, Dunedin, on November 11, the contracting parties being Miss Margaret Bryant, eldest daughter of Mrs ; E ■ A. Bryant, and granddaughter of Dr. Dunbar McCabe; of Edinburgh, and Mr. Edward John Corner, son of the late James Comer Christchurch. The bride was given away , y *® r ll tlnde * Captain Bryant, and the best man was Mr. A. Malley, of Christchurch.. The bridesmaids were the Misses Bryant (three), Misses K. Hannigan, Nancy Carohn, and Delia Riordan. The groomsmen were Mr J Bryant and Mr. J. Lawlor (Pleasant Point). The bride wore an embroidered robe, with wreath and veil The breakfast was held at 'Bryanton,' the residence of the hndes mother. Among the guests -were the Rev. Father *?£'■'^lf V i^\ in "high .terms -of the bride as a member of the Cathedral choir. The presents .' were numerous, among them being a handsome . silver cake basket ' and butterdish from T St., Joseph's choir, and a silver breakfast N cruet from &t Joseph's Ladies' Club. The - happy couple left m the afternoon on -their honeymoon t6 Auckland and Kotorua. .
