We ...regret to report the death of Mrs. Fitzgerald, who passed away at Tuapeka Hospital on May 27, at the age of 73 years. The deceased, who was only ill for a few days, died fortified by the rites of the Church.. During her residence of 47 years in Tuapeka, Mrs. Fitzgerald was universally esteemed for her kindly disposition and fine womanly qualities. .She was a native of Limerick, and arrived in Victoria in 1854. The funeral, which left St. Patrick's Church, was largely aiter-ned by settlers and friends from all parts. The Vow Iti»\. Mgr.
