(From our own correspondent.) „, May ?. _ The annual meeting of St. Mary's Club was held m the schoolroom on April 29. Mr. Jas Toomey (president) was in the chair, and there was a good attendance of menubrrs. The report and balance sheet submitted by the secretary (Mr. B. Cox) were read and adopted. The balance sheet showed the club -to be in a sound financial position, having a credit of £40 12s 9d, which was considered very satisfactory. The president intimated his intention of not seeking re-elec-
