HEARN— FISHER.
A quiet but pretty wedding was celebrated at St. Joseph's Church, New Plymouth, on October 22, by Rev. Father McManus, when Mr. Martin Thomas Hearn, only son of the late Mr. Nicholas Hearn, of 'Buenos . Ayres,' Waverley, was united in the bonds of Matrhnonyto Miss Annie Beaumont Fisher, second daughter of Mr. William Fisher, Clifton Downs, Waitara. The bride, who looked charming, was attired in white silk, and - wore the usual veil and orange blossoms. She was attended by her sister, Miss Ivy Fisher, and Miss Cath-, erine Hearn (sister of the bridegrdom). Mr. J. Condon (cousin of bridegroom) "acted as best man, -and Mr. Thomas Fisher (brother of bride) was groomsman. As the happy couple left the church Miss Josephine Moore played the ' Wedding March.' The church was nicely decorated by Mrs. Clark. After .the ceremony the guests adjourned to the White Hart Hotel, " where the wedding breakfast was held. After the usijal toasts were duly honored, the happy couple left ' on their ■honeymoon - trip to Christchurch and Dunedin.
