' After the wedding breakfast at the presbytery, the. happy,- left for a month's tour of the South Island. -.The presents of the' bridegroom to the" bride were a' gold watch and chain - % and an ivory bound prayer book, and -he ~ gave the bridesmaid a .diamond and ruby brooch and an ivory rbound pr.ayer. book. The presents^ received by the, newly-wedded pair were of a handsome description.
