Mr. Devlm left Timaru for Chrisi^hurch by the first express on Tuesday. Our correspondent wires to ' say that the distinguished visitor had a splendid sendoff from ' Timaru, the Mayor and Councillors, and leading professional men being at the . railway station to bid him ' good-bye.
