Wheat.— The demand fox milling is not very brisk. Fowl wheat limds ready sale on arrival. We qoiote'. Prime mailing, 3s 2d to 3s 4d ; whole fowl wheat, 2s lid to 3s , broken and damaged, 2s 8d to 2s lOd por bushel (sacks extra). Oat?s.— All gxades of oats are in strong demand, particularly good B grade, consignments of which fall far short of the demand. We q,uote : Prime milling, Is lid to 2s , good to best feed, Is 10k! to Is lid, inferior and medium, Is 9d to Is KM per bushel (sacks extra). Ohaff — For prime oaten sheaf there is goad inquiry, inferior and medium are difficult to quit. We quote : Prime well-cut oaten sheaf, fram £3 (As Od to £3 15s per ton (sacks extra). Potatoes. — With supplies arriving in limited quantities prices are gradually advancing We quote : Prime Derwewts, from £10 10s to £11 ; white sorts, £9 10s to £10 10s per ton. Eggs. — Are now coming forward freely, and the market at the moment is not too strong. To-day's price is 9d per dozen. Butter. — Dairy'fbutter in prints is now in more plentiful supply, and prices have eased. We qfuote : Dairy,
9d to 9£d ; prime milled, lOd to 10* a ; separator in half and. one-pomml puts, 10£ dto ll£d per ft. Pigs.— Fair dematn'd. Bacosiers, 3fd per ft : porkers, 3|d per lb. Poultry.— ln excellent demand. Bens, 2s- 6d to 3s 9d ; roosters, 2s (id to 4s 9d ; ducks, 3s 3d to 4s &d "per pair. Turkeys, hens, 5d to Cd ; gobblers, 121 b and over, 7d to 8d ; lighter weights, 6d to 7d per lb.
