Melbourne, November I.— The wool sales are excited. Lambs' •wool realised 2l£d and fleece 17d, which are record priceß. Good medium merinos and scoured were fully Id, fine crossbred Id to l£d, and coarse £d to Id higher than at the opening sales. London, November" 1 .—At the tallow sales 1975 casks were offered and 850 sold. Mutton : Fine, 28s 6d ; medium, 275. Beef : Fine, 27s 3d ; medium, 26s 3d. London, November 2.— Tallow : Stocks, 14,079 casks ; imports during the past month, 6810 casks ; deliveries, 7801 casks. The Bradford wool market is hardening. Common sixties, 29d; supers, 30£ d. Rabbits are flat at BJd. London, November 5. — Hides : A brisk advance of £d. Leather has advanced a farthing, and basils from a farthing to a halfpenny. Sydney, November 6. — The local wool sales show an advance of from 5 to 7J per cent. Messrs. Stronach Bros, and Morris report as follows :—: — Rabbitskins— There was a good demand at Monday's sale, and prices were slightly firmer. Winters, 16d to 17Jd ; does, 18$ d ; off season, 13d to 15£ d ; blacks up to Is ll£d per lb. Sheepskins — Demand very brisk and prices firm. HlDES— Market firm. Prime heavy ox, 3|d to 4|d ; medium, 3d to 3Jd ; light and inferior, lfd to 2Jd per lb. TALLOW — In good demand. Prime rendered mutton, 15s 61 to 17s ; medium, 13s 6d to 15s : rough fat, 10s Cd to 12s per cwt.
