Bubbles in the Icing
Dear Aunt Daisy, Could you, or one of your brainy Daisy Chain, help me please, What is the reason for blisters (or sort of bub- | bles) in icing (royal icing) on a wed- | ding cake? It is most annoying and Ir would be ever so grateful for some)
advice.
