SAGO PUDDING DE LUXE
Boil 2% tablespoons of washed sago in J pint of milk until cooked and fairly thick, adding a pinch of salt. In a basin beat 3 egg yolks with 11/2 tablespoons of brown sugar until creamy, and add to the hot sago mixture. Now beat the. 3 egg whites with another 112 tablespoons of brown sugar until stiff, gently | fold into the other mixture. Put all into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with 1 teaspoon of sugar and bake until custard is set and a crust has formed on the top. ?
