Ferguson and Others (being Ratepayers of the Papanui Riding of the County of Waimairi) Praying for amendment of the Christchurch Tramway District Act, 1920, to exclude the Papanui Riding of the County of Waimairi from the Christchurch Tramway Board's rating area.
