The Hon. the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington. The National Patriotic Fund Board has the honour to present its annual report and balance-sheet for the year ended 30th September, 1947. 1. Introduction The year under review was concerned mainly with the realization of assets, the care of the sick and wounded, and the consideration of future policy as regards patriotic funds, as well as with the provision of welfare for the remaining Service personnel overseas and in New Zealand.
