(b) Secondary Ports.—Cancellation as from Bth September, 1945, of shift-work; cancellation as from 26th November, 1945, of work on Saturday nights, Sundays, and holidays ; cessation of work on Saturday afternoons and at 9 p.m. on ordinary week-days.
