Native Purposes Bill. I have the honour to report that the Native Affairs Committee has carefully considered the Native Purposes Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed, with amendments shown on copy of Bill attached. J. O'Brien, Chairman. 15th September, 1938. ———-——

Special Report. I have the honour to report that at its final meeting the Native Afiairs Committee unanimously passed the following resolution : " That this Committee desires to express its high appreciation of the able and conscientious manner in which the Chairman, Mr. J. O'Brien, has conducted the business of the Committee during the session, and directs that the resolution be reported to the House." A. F. Moncur, a Member of the Committee. 16th September, 1938.
