No. 113. —Petition of Pibihira Kabena and Another, of Waiwhetu. That legislation be enacted empowering the Native Land Court to review succession orders in respect of a Native reserve at Palmerston North. I am directed to report that the member presenting the petition having expressed a wish to withdraw the same, the Committee recommends that the petition be allowed to be withdrawn. 10th March, 1938.
