Poultry Amendment Bill. I have the honour to report that the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee, having carefully considered the above-mentioned Bill and heard evidence, recommends that it be not allowed to proceed. 2nd March, 1933.

Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee wishes to express its groat appreciation of the tact, courtesy, and ability with which the Chairman, Mr. Kyle, has presided over the business of the Committee during this session. It also desires that this resolution shall be recorded in the minutes of the Committee, and be reported to the House. 3rd March, 1933. D. S. Reid, Member of the Committee.

Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the efficient services rendered by the Clerk of the Committee, Mr. R. A. Pringle; and, further, desires that this resolution be recorded in the minutes of the Committee, and be reported to the House. 3rd March, 1933. H. S. S. Kyle, Chairman.

Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee, consisting of ten members, has held eleven meetings during the session, and that the average attendance of members has been seven. Six Bills were referred to the Committee for consideration, of which four have been reported on to the House. Four petitions were referred to the Committee, and. were considered, and reported on to the House. 3rd March, 1933. H. S. S. Kyle, Chairman.
