Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to whom shall be referred all Bills specially dealing with the revision of the law ; with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee appointed by the Legislative Council; the Committee to have power to call for persons, papers, and records ; three to be a quorum : the Committee to consist of Mr. Field, Mr. H. E. Holland, Mr. E. P. Lee, Mr. Lvsnar Mr. H. G. R. Mason, Mr. J. Mason, Mr. Sidey, the Hon. Mr. Downie Stewart, Mr. Wilford, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. Rolleston.) Memorandum for the Chairman of the, Statutes Revision Committee. The Bill intituled " An Act to amend the Property Law Act, .1908," having been read a second time in the House ■of Representatives on the 15th July, 1927, stands referred to the Statutes Revision Committee for report. Ordered, " That the Bankruptcy Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Revision Committee." (Hon. Mr. Rolleston.) Tuesday, the 4th Day of October, 1927.
