REPORTS. No. 432 (1914).—Petition of Albert McKay, of Gisborne. Praying for an inquiry re his claim to interests formerly held by his mother in certain lands in the Bay of Plent}' district. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration. 9th July, 1915.

No. 376 (1914). —Petition of Te Awarutu te Awaitaia and 2 Others. Praying that balance of purchase-money re Whaingaroa Block, alleged to have been withheld in error by Native Department, be paid to them. I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 9th July, 1915.

No. 229 (1914).— Petition of Bertha Huru. Praying that interests in Mangatainoka Ibc No. 2 and other blocks, to which Wiremu Kopata Huru (now deceased) was entitled either by will or as an adopted child, be awarded to the beneficiaries under his will. I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 9th July, 1915.
