Conditions. 1. No youth shall be employed in the tunnel. 2. The hours of labour in the tunnel not to exceed forty-six hours per week on forty-eight hours' pay. 3. The time to be reckoned from the time the men leave the mouth of the tunnel until they get out again. 4. The hours of labour outside shall not exceed forty-six hours per week at forty-eight hours' pay. 5. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of time and a quarter for the first two hours, and time and a half after.
