Bollard, Mr. Buchanan, Hon. Mr. Buddo. Mr. Buick, Mr. Buxton, Mr. Campbell. Mr. Dickie, Mr. Forbes, Mr. Sykes, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. Massey.)
