No. 151 (Sess. 11, 1912).—Petition of Pieipi Maki, of Te Aute. Praying for legislation to enable Native Land Court to inquire into the matter of succession to the interests of Ihako Kapo (deceased) in Te Ipuotaraia and Whakakoro Blocks. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration in so far as the Whakakoro Block is concerned. 17th October, 1912.
