I have the honour to inform you that "His Majesty will not be advised to exercise his power of disallowance with respect to Act No. 225 of 1908 of the Parliament of the Dominion of New Zealand, entitled " An Act to make Provision for an Annual Grant from the Revenues of the Dominion of New Zealand towards the Maintenance of the Royal Navy," of which transcripts were enclosed in your despatch No 81, of the 3rd of November last. I have the honour to inform you that His Majesty will not be advised to exercise his powers of disallowance with respect to the Act No. 258 of 1908 of the Parliament of New Zealand, entitled " An Act to appropriate and apply certain Sums of Money out of the Consolidated Fund, the Public Works Fund, and other Accounts to the Services of the Year ending the Thirty-first Day of March, Nineteen hundred and nine, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Present Session," a transcript of which accompanied your despatch No. 81, of the 3rd of November, 1908.
