It is with the sadtduty, on behalf of the Brooklyn Branch of the Liberal and Labour Federation, to express the universal regret of each and every member. lam requested to express to you the-general sorrow and sincere sympathy for the loss of your colleague and our worthy president, one who for the past thirteen years had done so much for the whole of the colony.
