No. 900, 1904.—Petition of Ngamo Baueoha and 6 Others. Petitioners pray for inquiry into the alleged wrongful conveyance of portion of the Tokanui Block to Makareti Hinewai. I am directed to report that if the statements of the petitioners are correct they have a remedy at law ; the Committee has therefore no recommendation to make. . Bth August, 1905.
