Examined and found correct, except that funds of the trusts of the Board of Governors, to the amount of £19,000, appearing as a liability for an overdraft from the bank, have been applied unlawfully to the repayment of loans raised for other trusts of the Board, and that there is nothing to authorise either the charge or the allowance which has been made for interest in respect of such application. —J.
