Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of the Borough of Oamaru. SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement two hundred and twenty-eight (228) acres and two (2) roods, more or less, situate in the Awamoko District, being Section numbered thirty (30), Block three (3), on the map of the said district. Bounded towards the North and North-east by the Waitaki Eiver, thirteen thousand two hundred and fifty (13250) links ; towards the East by a road line, eight hundred and sixty (8G0) links; towards the South-west by Sections numbered respectively 18,19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, eleven thousand four hurrdred and thirty-nine (11439) links; and towards the West by Block numbered four (4), Maruwenua District, two thousand six hundred and sixty (2660) links, and intersected by a road line one hundred (100) links wide. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Porough of Kaiapoi, His Excellency the Governor, by aird with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Canterbury, for the purpose of grantirrg the same to the Corporatiorr of the Borough of Kaiapoi. SCHEDULE. All that area in the Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement two thousand (2,000) acres, more or less, being Sections numbered two thousand one hundred and eighty-four (2184) (in red), two thousand one hundred and eighty-five (2185) (in red), two thousand one hundred and eighty-six (2186) (in red), and two thousand one hundred arrd eighty-seven (2187) (in red). Bounded towards the North by Sections numbered twenty-seven thousand three hundred and ninety-three (27393) and twenty-seven thousand three hundred arrd ninety-four (27391) ; towards the East by Sections numbered twenty-seven thousand four hundred and ninety-four (27494) and twenty-seven thousand three hundred and thirty-five (27335), and a road line; towards the South by Crown lands ; and towards the West by road lines and Crown lairds, save arrd excepting Section numbered oue thousand three hundred and ninety-nine (1399), situate in Section numbered two thousand one hundred and eighty-five (2185); as the same is delineated on the plans deposited in the Provincial District Survey Office, Christchurch.
