RETURN SHOWING WHAT RESERVES HAVE BEEN LEASED OR OTHERWISE DISPOSED OF, THE AUTHORITY BY WHICH, AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH, SUCH LEASE OR OTHER DISPOSAL HAS BEEN EFFECTED.

* Conditions. —That in the event of the land being used for any purpose other than that specified in the Trust, the Trustees are to reconvey the same to the Superintendent free from the Trust in which it was conveyed by the Superintendent. t Conditions. —That the Lessee keep an accommodation house for tho use of travellers, to the satisfaction of the Provincial Government, and shall be entitled to a free license so long as they are satisfied that the Lessee keeps a quiet and respectable house. Stock are to be allowed to rest on the Eeserve, and may be charged for as follows : —Horses and cattle, Is. per head for each night for the first 20 head, and 6d. per head per night for all above that number ; and sheep, 2d. each for the first 50 per night, and Id. each per night for all above that number. The Lessee to put foot travellers across the river on horseback when the river is fordable, on receiving beforehand the sum of two shillings for every person so put across. § Conditions. —That persons travelling with stock have the right to allow such stock to remain on the Eeserve for a reasonable time, to rest. 11
