Among these the Water l'olice, Criminals, Harbour Endowment, and Tort Chalmers Municipal Estate Ordinances were disallowed; the Licensing, Provincial Council Amendment, 2nd Horbour Endowment, Otago Loan, Vagrant, Duncdin Koads and Streets, Appropriation, and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, were either assented to or left to their operation.
