Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 10th July, 1902. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing the amount of the last £1,500,000 loan subscribed by the public, the average price, the amount taken up by the underwriters, the total amount received by the oolony on account of the £1,500,000, and the average price of the whole loan ; also the cost of raising."— (Mr. J. Allen.)
