STATEMENT of EXPENDITURE from 1st October, 1863, to 30th September, 1864, chargeable on the "Loan Appropriation Act, 1863."
(a.) No payments hare been made to the Commissariat Department for rations issued subsequent to 30th November, 1863. (b.) The votes for Militia purposes for the financial years 1863-4 and 5 —£25,000 per annum—will be applicable in relief of this total, less £8,848 already charged. (c.) This amount is exclusive of expenditure through the Native Department, amounting to £2,719 charged to Native purposes.
