FAREWELL PARTY
Mrs J. J. Raynes, Rukuhia, was hostess recently at her charming home, when Mrs J, McMicken was the guest-of-honour at a delightful afternoon tea party. Mrs McMicken, who is visiting her mother, Mrs J. Fraser, Rukuhia, prior to her departure for Australia where she will join her husband, Dr. J. McMicken, and in future reside, had the opportunity of meeting her many Rukuhia friends, and a very happy time was spent. Those present were: Mesdames J. J. Raynes, J. A. Raynes, J. McMicken, R. Woolerton, J. Fraser, H. Wallace, C. V. Carryer, J. Steele, R. Provis, M. Newell, T. Healey, L. Laurenson, J. R. Penniket. Misses M. Wallace, I. Steele, L. McMicken, J. McMicken.
