GARDEN PARTY
RED CROSS FUNDS BENEFIT The weather was all that could be desired on the occasion of a garden ; party held recently in aid of Red ‘ Cross funds in the residence of Mrs A. E. Asbv Palmer. Main Road, Ngailia, where the gardens were a mass of colour with asters, dahlia's hydrangea and salvias. The afternoon’s activities real- i ised about £2B. Competitions ' were won by Mrs Mackie Mi«s ' B. Clarke, Mrs Hunt, Mrs Healhcote, i Mrs Paterson. Mrs Bradley. Mrs Gil- I Christ, Miss McCormack' and Mbs 1 Hart,
