AREA EVACUATED
MOVE BY JAPANESE (United Press \ssn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, March 13 On their own initiative Japanese forces have evacuated the Tungcheng area, nortgi of the Yangtse, which thev have held for two years five months, according to a Domei agency message. A spokesman said the disposition of the Japanese forces had been changed lin order to secure more favourable positions.
