SECONDARY SCHOOLS POST MR E. CARADUS APPOINTED (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Saturday The appointment is announced of Mr E. Caradus, B.Sc., as chief in-
spector of secondary schools, in succession to Mr E. J. Parr, who is retiring on superannuation at the end of the month. Most of Mr Caradus’ time will now be devoted to his duties as chief inspector, but he will continue to act also as Director of Educational Services to the Royal New Zealand Air Force for as long as necessary.
