The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering- Company, Limited, report that at their Matarnata stock sale on Wednesday, a medium yarding- or sheep came forward, including a good proportion of store lambs which showed no aiteration./ A few fat sheep sold on a par with late rates. A large entry or cattle comprised chiefly holier cows which were keenly competed for l>y exporters at Tully equal to late rates. A large entry of cattle comprised chle/ly honer cows which were keenly competed lor by exporters at fully equal to late rates, only a small proportion of finished rat cattle came rorward, and these showed no alteration on late rates. Potter hulls were in llrm demand and a good entry of heifer calves sold under keen competition. A line, entered on behalf of the estate or C. Brindle, realised £4 1-5. A large yarding or rat and store pigs was offered, Baconers and porkers were slightly in advance u-f Frankton quotations, while competition Tor store and weaner pigs was keen, and here a%-ain values were higher than recent Waikato rates. No prime heavy baconers came forward.
